Confidence, not completion
Gary doesn’t think of the system as finished.
But he doesn’t worry about it anymore.
Not because everything is solved —
but because the problems now have places to go.
The work feels lighter
Adding information feels routine now.
Fixing something feels final.
When something doesn’t fit,
Gary knows why —
and he knows what kind of change it would take.
Not how to hack it in.
But where it actually belongs.
The system carries structure — not vigilance
Gary notices what’s missing.
He no longer:
- double-checks every change
- remembers special cases
- keeps structure in his head
The model holds those decisions.
The system isn’t smarter than Gary.
It just doesn’t forget
what Gary has already decided.
Nothing here is clever
There are no advanced tricks.
No shortcuts.
No illusion of perfection.
Just clear choices,
made once,
and reused quietly.
The system does less —
so Gary can focus on the shop,
not the sheet.
