Minyu is offered as a subscription-based SaaS with predictable pricing. All updates, monitoring, backups, and compliance are included. Available exclusively to registered companies within the European Union.

Base Subscription

Minyu Base Subscription – €79 / month

Includes all core platform features, 5 users, and 100,000 rows. The Base Subscription is required to activate your account. Additional users, add-ons, and credits are purchased inside Minyu.

Additional Users – €12 / month per user Each user receives their own login with role-based permissions.

Additional Database Capacity – Monthly (persistent, does not roll over) Adds to your total row limit:

  • +100,000 rows → €15 / month
  • +300,000 rows → €35 / month
  • +1,000,000 rows → €99 / month
What Counts as a Database Row?

Only your own custom data rows are counted toward your database row capacity.

This means:

  • ✅ Rows in tables you define in your schema are counted
  • ✅ Business data such as people, customers, resources, bookings, etc. are counted

The following are not counted:

  • ❌ System-generated link/relationship tables
  • ❌ Audit log tables
  • ❌ Classification tables and evaluation metadata
  • ❌ Internal system tables used for rules, permissions, caching, or scheduling
  • ❌ Technical metadata created by Minyu for platform operation
  • ❌ Etc...

In other words:

You are billed only for your actual business data, not for Minyu’s internal infrastructure.

EU-only licensing

Minyu licenses are available only to registered businesses within the European Union. We cannot currently accept purchases from private individuals or companies outside the EU.

Only the Base Subscription can be purchased here. Add-on modules, additional users, and extra credits must be purchased inside Minyu after your account is activated.

How Credits Work

Credits are used for API calls and Data Exchange (import/export). They represent one-time workloads, not continuous system capacity.

Monthly Included Credits

Each add-on includes a fixed number of credits that:

  • Refresh automatically every month
  • Are always used before any extra credits
  • Reset even if unused at end of month

Extra Credits (Top-ups)

Additional credits:

  • Never expire
  • Can be purchased at any time
  • Are only consumed after the monthly bundle is used

Billing Portal

After your subscription is activated, billing is managed through Minyu’s secure billing portal, powered by Stripe.

The billing portal allows your organization to:

  • View current subscription
  • Update billing details and payment method
  • Download invoices and payment receipts

All changes to subscriptions, add-on modules, users, and credits are handled inside Minyu and are not available in the billing portal.

All billing actions performed through the portal take effect immediately and are reflected inside Minyu without manual intervention.

  4. Enables programmatic access and webhooks for integrating Minyu with external systems. API usage is measured per processed row: each entity row read or written counts, including rows returned in nested relations. Webhooks are counted per delivery. ↩
