A fully managed operational foundation
Minyu is delivered as a fully managed platform and operated as a stable service. There is no infrastructure to install, configure, or maintain, and no operational tuning is required to keep the system running.
The platform is operated as a coherent whole. Updates, upgrades, monitoring, and operational continuity are handled centrally, allowing organizations to focus on using the system rather than running it.
Reliability by default
Reliability is built into the platform’s execution model. The system is designed to tolerate interruptions and restarts, treating failures as expected conditions rather than exceptional ones. Underlying container orchestration supports automatic service recovery during updates or infrastructure events, reducing the need for manual intervention.
Security as a baseline property
Security is not an add-on feature in Minyu—it is a baseline property of the platform. All communication is encrypted in transit, stored data is encrypted at rest, and backups are created and encrypted as part of normal operation.
Authentication and access control are enforced uniformly across the platform, ensuring that the same security guarantees apply to user interfaces, APIs, background processing, and integrations.
Built-in backups and recovery
Regular backups are performed automatically and retained as part of the platform’s operational lifecycle. These backups provide recovery protection in the event of data loss or operational failure and are handled without requiring customer configuration or intervention.
Recovery procedures are designed to restore data and system state coherently, preserving integrity rather than individual fragments of data.
Operated entirely within the EU
Minyu is developed and operated under European Union legislation, with all production data hosted within the EU. This ensures compliance with European data-protection requirements and provides clear jurisdictional boundaries for data handling.
Responsibilities between Minyu and the customer are explicitly separated. The platform provides secure, reliable technical mechanisms, while customers retain full control over how their data is structured, processed, and governed.
