True if a specific part of the stored time (hour, minute, or second) matches the configured value.
This predicate is typically used when validating times for schedules, business rules, or time-based constraints.
Example
- Stored time:
14:30:00 - Parameter:
hour = 14 -
Result: ✔

minute = 15 - Result: ✘
Note
The predicate evaluates only the part you configure.
If you configure the hour, only the hour is checked — not the full time.
