A simple example

The invoices are technically correct.

Before sending invoices, the finance team exports everything to Excel.
They review:
- Unusually high amounts
- Negative totals
- Customers who “should not” be billed
They correct a few rows manually.
This happens every month.
The system works — but only with human compensation.
